CTS VAPOR TRAIL ORDER FORM
Nick is now open for orders. These will be scheduled for completion no earlier than April 1st.
This form will begin the process of your rod order. We require a $250 deposit to start your order. Upon completing this form, you will be directed to our deposit payment page. Your order will not be accepted until a deposit is received. After you have placed your order, we will do our best to get a sales order (that will show the details of your order) out to you within 72 hours. The balance will be due upon completion.

The color choices below for threads are basic. Nick does his best work when the design is left to him, but he will work with any specific requests you have. Metallic thread will only be used as an accent and will never be used as a color over the guides. Feel free to look over the CTS Colors Pages to get an idea of what preferences you have for your build and attach pictures of them below.
If there are any questions we have about the specifics of your build, Nick will contact you before production begins. *It may be up to 4-5 months before you hear from him as the blanks take a while to get to us.
We have added the option to add on a Rod Sock at the bottom of the order form. If you are not interested, please select NO ROD SOCK.
